Since our founding, we’ve helped businesses across London, Birmingham, the South-east and beyond transform the way they work, through secure, innovative solutions and a level of service that genuinely sets us apart.

Although we’re a technology company, our focus is always on the person. Technology is only as valuable as the impact it has on the people using it, and that means taking the time to truly understand the individual before we reach for a solution.
Whether we’re supporting a frustrated end-user, working through a complex infrastructure challenge, or helping a business leader plan for growth, we start by listening. When we understand what someone actually needs, we’re far better placed to help them succeed.

This mindset extends to how we work together as a team. Most of our team found their way into technology through curiosity, a drive to understand how things work, and a determination to fix them when they don’t. That instinct never leaves us, and it’s something we actively encourage across every part of the business.

In professional services and business development, it means we treat every engagement as an opportunity to deliver something better than what came before.

We Do The Right Thing
This one is non-negotiable, and it has been since day one.

If a client is set on a solution that isn’t right for their business, we’ll tell them. If the honest answer takes more effort or costs us revenue, we’ll give it anyway. Short-term thinking has no place in the kind of relationships we want to build.
Doing the right thing means giving advice we’d stand behind, taking responsibility when things go wrong, and always acting in the best interests of the people and businesses we serve. It’s what makes trust possible, and trust is the foundation of everything we do.

The New Croft

Urban Network are the Managed IT & Cyber partner of The New Croft, a community sports association based in Haverhill, Suffolk. The foundation was set up to deliver a wide range of health & wellbeing and sporting activities to as many people as possible.

Cannock Women's Rugby Club
