Business Challenge

As the business was growing and becoming more successful in client engagements, ArenaHR began working with organisations that understood the importance of securing operations.

Many of these organisations understood that ensuring their own supply-chain was paramount to their businesses. This resulted in an increase of stipulations within the tender processes, stating that any potential supplier must hold valid cyber
accreditations.

This small, but very significant change was beginning to affect the business.

ArenaHR had known Urban Network for several years and so it was a natural progression to ask if they could assist them with gaining the Cyber Essentials  accreditation.

The Solution

Urban Network have been a Cyber Essentials certification body since the scheme’s inception in 2014 and is also IASME Cyber Assurance certified, with several registered assessors within the business.

After the initial discovery call to understand the requirements of the client and the timeline, Urban provided ArenaHR with structured documentation that included information relating to preparation for the assessment. The business was able to complete a substantial amount of the application without assistance but with the knowledge that Urban was available at any time to assist.

Urban Network then assisted ArenaHR, reviewing the answered questions, explaining the remaining unanswered questions, and then finally guiding the business through the submission process.
