Urban Network wins Thames Gateway Business Customer Service Award

Urban Network has been announced as the winner of Customer Service Award at the Thames Gateway Business Awards event, which took places in Canary Wharf, hosted by BBC business journalist Declan Curry on October 28, 2016.

In the Customer Service Award category, the judges are looking for companies that demonstrate levels of customer care above & beyond the call of duty. The Urban Network team was thrilled to have won such a prestigious award in a high standard and competitive category.
